Visual Arts Fee
This degree offers a general studio arts basis curriculum for college students serious about transferring into a baccalaureate degree program in Visual Arts. The Oregon Coast Council for the Arts welcomes Newport artist Frances Van Wert and her exhibit of current collage, assemblage and encaustics work, Visible Effects,” to the Coastal Oregon Visible Artists Showcase (COVAS). This former NDSU Communications professor and Public Relations employees donated his expansive letterpress studio to the Division of Visible Arts enabling future generations to study letterpress printing inside a book arts concentration.
